Japan

🏯 From April 23–25, our CEO had the honor of joining the German delegation at the 4th WOMEN IN TECH ® Global Summit in Osaka, Japan — a truly international gathering of over 650 delegates from more than 90 countries, all united by a shared mission: advancing the role of women in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).

One of the summit’s most impactful moments was the official launch of the Osaka Protocol — an international convention aiming to empower 100 million women and girls by 2030 through measurable initiatives in education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital access.

A special highlight for the German delegation was the first day of the summit, held at Expo 2025 Osaka, where we were hosted by the German Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. From Chika Yamamoto’s inspiring keynote on Germany–Japan co-creation, to an engaging fireside chat and a high-level networking reception — this experience offered a powerful perspective on global collaboration and sustainable innovation.

Why attend as a startup CEO? Because navigating funding, product development, and day-to-day business only makes sense when we stay connected to the why — solving real-world challenges and shaping a tech future that reflects both progress and responsibility.

Deep thanks 🙏 to Women in Tech®Germanyand Noha Salama for the opportunity to be part of such a visionary community, to Carolin Grünewald for organizing such an amazing program and reception at the German Pavilion — and to Japan 🗾 for its unforgettable hospitality, precision, and inspiration.
